The Klipwerf Orkes has dominated the Afrikaans music market for the last 20 years, and their recent releases, recorded at Milestone Studios, have been no exception. Engineer Murray Anderson was awarded Gold Records for his recordings of the CDs Hantam Toeka and Hantam Warmvat.

Warrick Sony composed music and designed a special sub aquatic soundtrack in the Whale Room for Brett Bailey’s “Dreamtime”. Dreamtime is part of Spier’s “Infect the City”, a diverse programme of works presented in Cape Town squares, fountains, museums and theatres in the inner city, and curated by Brett Bailey and Jay Pather.

Radio specialist Herman Tefo produced a series of 18 radio advertisements for the National Energy Saving Campaign, in a mammoth week-long session which saw more than fifty voice-overs spread over 9 languages, South & North Sotho, Setswana, Venda, Ndebele, Siswati, Zulu, Xhosa and Xitsonga.
